Rooftop meals with a view
The hospitality was commendable, especially from the team at the reception. Breakfast was delightful, and the stunning views from the rooftop made every evening magical.
We faced issues with the air conditioning, which was inconsistent. The connectivity could also be improved. the Wi-Fi signal was not reliable during our stay.

The dining experience was a delight! The breakfast spread was impressive with local flavors, and the rooftop dining added a touch of magic with stunning views. Plus, Sanzina at reception genuinely made us feel at home with her warm hospitality!

The rooftop offered some great views, which made for a nice evening escape. The breakfast selection was diverse and tasty, a highlight during the stay.
The experience was marred by significant issues. The room was not ready even three hours after check-in, which is just not acceptable. Basic amenities like towels took a day to be provided, and shampoo was just watered down. The whole setup felt unsafe when staff entered my room without consent while I wasn’t there—major privacy violation. the condition of the facilities was concerning, with reports of mold and maintenance just being neglected for far too long. The pool felt overcrowded, as outsiders often used it, adding to the discomfort. it didn't meet expectations and seemed to be sliding in quality.

Unfortunately, the air conditioning in one of our family rooms was initially not functional, causing discomfort until we requested a room change.

i was almost about to leave a glowing review until the dirty laundry ruined my experience. not to mention, the breakfast was really disappointing, left me feeling ill. i expected at least a complimentary upgrade after such trouble but instead received the bare minimum. i truly thought i’d receive a warm welcome, but clearly, that was too much to ask.

Nice stay, but could use some fixes
Had a decent time here! The staff was pretty friendly, and the rooftop dining was a nice touch. The bed was super comfy, but the AC wasn’t cooling well. they need to sort out those pesky mosquitoes! it was convenient and chill, just some things to address.
